Young people in rural areas have big dreams but face limited opportunities. Many struggle to find career guidance, develop skills, or access job opportunities. With high youth unemployment and little exposure to different career paths, too many talented individuals are left without the tools to build a bright future. The gap between school and the working world makes it difficult for them to find jobs or start their own businesses.

Established with the purpose of bridging the Entrepreneurial, Educational and Social skills gaps in South Africa, through training and development in critical skills.

Committed to introducing more young people to their potential by changing the attitudes of youths towards the future and building a better talent pipeline through Entrepreneurial Skills, Education and Social Engagement.

Four Nomads: Opening Doors to New Opportunities

I can't express how grateful I am to Four Nomads for the incredible opportunities they've provided me. My name is Thabo Mthembu, and I'm a recent graduate in Business Administration.

When I was struggling to find direction after completing my studies, Four Nomads introduced me to their entrepreneurship development program. Through their mentorship and training, I learned essential business skills and gained the confidence to start my own venture.

Today, I'm proud to say that I've launched my own digital marketing consultancy, serving small businesses in my community. The networking opportunities and ongoing support from Four Nomads have been invaluable in my journey as a young entrepreneur.

Four Nomads: My Hero on the Journey to Success

Wow, Four Nomads is my hero! My name is Melusi Malope Makgolane and I'm a proud graduate with a Diploma in Agricultural Management.

While I was exploring career opportunities, Four Nomads shared an exciting programme called "Areyeng (Let's Go to) Brazil" for an Agricultural Summer School by NYDA. With their support and guidance, I applied and participated in this life-changing experience.

But that's not all! My application led to an even bigger opportunity—I was placed in the US pool for a paid agricultural internship! This opportunity has opened new doors for me to gain international experience and take my agricultural career to new heights.

Thanks to Four Nomads, I'm now on an incredible journey I never imagined possible. Their support has been nothing short of heroic!
